Virtual reality and augmented reality may sound scary to some. For others, it’s a form of entertainment. But we can apply these immersive technologies to learning. Imagine creating a VR training where the learner can practice high-risk scenarios in a safe and affordable way. How about having learners practice complicate procedures several times until they get it right.
The video below mentions a training developed with immersive technologies. It is for adults in the customer service field. The training will include customer service scenarios for the learner. Also, we look at three other ways we can use immersive technologies. All this while following best practices for creating a training with immersive technology. Check out the best practices checklist after you watch the video!
